I am very excited to be offering sacred Cacao Ceremonies to you and your community!
Ceremonial-grade cacao, the purest form of chocolate, is far more than a delightful indulgence. It holds a rich history rooted in ancient Mayan and Aztec civilizations, where it was considered a sacred plant medicine and was honoured as the food of the gods and a powerful nectar. Many believe cacao is the ‘Food for the Shift’ as it puts us in touch directly with the heart in a unique, loving and magical way. Ceremonial cacao carries a high vibrational frequency and is meticulously prepared with reverence and intention. When consumed in a ceremonial setting, this divine elixir opens the heart and connects us to our inner selves, fostering a deep sense of love, compassion, and unity. As we sip this heavenly elixir, we honour the spirit of cacao and embrace its transformative power, allowing it to guide us on a journey of self-discovery, healing, and profound connection with ourselves and the world around us.
Cacao is a powerful plant that puts us in a more blissful, open and generous space. It helps us to look at and release our blocks in a gentle and nurturing way, as well as empowering us and strengthening our visions and dreams.
In a very subtle, yet powerful and sustainable way cacao can support you to:

I usually combine the Cacao ceremony with some guided meditations. This will allow us to dive deep and create magic. Depending on where I will be and what the date is, the ceremony might also include sacred sounds (Tibetan singing bowls, Gongs and other sacred instruments), movement or honouring the Moon and seasons.

The ceremony can be created individually according to your needs and desires. In my work with cacao I am using different elements like:
- Guided meditations and guided shamanic journeys
- Sacred Sound (Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, gongs, shamanic drum, rattles and more)
- Smudging herbs and resins ( sage, palo santo, frankincense and other) to create healing, cleansing, balancing, calming or activating effects.
- Heart – Womb healing (only for women)
- Dance and gentle movement
