I am very excited to be offering sacred Cacao Ceremonies to you and your community!
According to the Mayans cacao was the food of the gods and a powerful nectar. Many believe cacao is the ‘Food for the Shift’ as it puts us in touch directly with the heart in a unique, loving and magical way.
Cacao is a powerful plant that puts us in a more blissful, open and generous space. It helps us to look at and release our blocks in a gentle and nurturing way, as well as empowering us and strengthening our visions and dreams.
In a very subtle, yet powerful and sustainable way cacao can support you to:
- release emotional and mental blockades
- connect with your body, your soul, your higher self, your guides and spirits and the source of all life
- boost your energy level, raise your vibration and improve your mood
- reconnect with your inner power source and activating it
- enhance your intuition and creativity

I will be combining the Cacao ceremony with some guided meditations. This will allow us to dive deep and create magic. Depending on where I will be and what the date is the ceremony might also include sound (Tibetan singing bowls and other sacred instruments), movement or honoring the Moon and seasons.

The ceremony can be created individually according to your needs and desires. In my work with cacao I am using different elements like:
- Guided meditations and guided shamanic journeys
- Sacred Sound (Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, gongs, shamanic drum, rattles and more)
- Smudging herbs and resins ( sage, palo santo, frankincense and other) to create healing, cleansing, balancing, calming or activating effects.
- Heart – womb healing (only for women)
- Dance and gentle movement
