Cacao Ceremonies

I am very excited to now be offering sacred Cacao Ceremonies!

According to the Mayans cacao was the food of the gods and a powerful nectar. Many believe cacao is the ‘Food for the Shift’ as it puts us in touch directly with the heart in a unique, loving and magical way. 

Cacao is a powerful plant that puts us in a more blissful, open and generous space. It helps us to look at and release our blocks in a gentle and nurturing way, as well as empowering us and strengthening our visions and dreams.

I will be combining the Cacao ceremony with some guided meditations. This will allow us to dive deep and create magic. Depending on where I will be and what the date is the ceremony might also include sound (Tibetan singing bowls and other sacred instruments), movement or honoring the Moon and seasons.
